Mis-Ordered Products : If you order wrong item (in terms of size,colors,styles) by yourself, or you find it is not what you want to order (not quality problem),our return policy is not applied for you,please aware of this.

Wrong Product Received : If you happen to receive a broken,faulty,or wrong item ,please contact us as soon as you receive the package and also Please send us clear picture or video of the problems,then our customer service will help you.,so that our customer service will help to solve the problem more faster and effective. If we can confirm that it is a faulty or wrong item sent by us, we will have you send it back. We will then check it out and replace it with a new one.

Note : Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Returning shipping options : After confirming your items is under our policy of returning, please use simple airmail to ship item back to us. NO DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex or any other express.

Physical Damaged Items : If the item is damaged by yourself, we CAN’T provide exchange service for you,but we can give you some discount to buy new one.

DOA,Missing& Products : If products get lost in delivery,or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP.

Please DON’T deal with it all by yourself, we want you to communicate with you.If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for our products with tracking code asap.

If you want cancel the order,pls contact us before the package was sent out,Once the order has been shipped,we will not be able to cancel the order any more,but if you really dont want it,after you received your package,Pls contact our customer service,they will give you a return address to send it back and once our shipping department received your returned package,we will process the refund at once,but pls note the returned items must be original packaging unopened, unused, undamaged .
